Mandya: Dr. L. Prasanna Kumar (59), Geology Professor at PES College of Engineering, Mandya and a resident of 11th Cross at Chamundeshwari Nagar in the town, passed away on Sunday afternoon.
He leaves behind his wife Anitha, daughter Dr. Anushree P. Kumar and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the family’s farm land at Hunaganahalli yesterday morning.
