B.M. Shivanand (75), a resident of Dattagalli, passed away following a heart attack at his residence last night.
He leaves behind his wife Akkamahadevi, sons Safe Wheels Proprietor B.S. Prashanth and B.S. Praveen, daughter Suguna Prabhuswamy, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds in Vidyaranyapuram this afternoon, according to family sources.
